HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?
You can book your session via my website, alternatively you can reach out to me on my social media platforms or email me. Once we've confirmed your session details, a booking deposit secures your date, and a contract will be sent through for signing.
DO I REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking with the outstanding balance due on or before the session date.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
I recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability especially for weekends and important sessions.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?
Rescheduling is allowed with sufficient notice. Please note that deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within the agreed timeframe. Further information is stated in the booking contract.

Packages typically include the shoot time, professional guidance, a set number of edited images, and an online delivery gallery. Full details are shared before booking.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PACKAGES?
Yes. If you have a specific vision or brand concept in mind, I’m happy to create a tailored package that suits your needs.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS?
Any extras such as additional images, extended shoot time, or rush delivery will always be discussed upfront. There are no hidden costs.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Neutral tones, textures, and outfits that feel authentic to you always photograph best. Once booked, I’m happy to guide you on wardrobe choices to align with your vision and my creative style.
CAN I BRING EXTRA OUTFITS?
Absolutely. Outfit changes are encouraged and depend on the package selected.
DO YOU OFFER HAIR & MAKEUP?
Hair and makeup can be arranged upon request and quoted separately, or you’re welcome to bring your own stylist.
WHAT IF I'M NOT COMFORTABLE INFRONT OF THE CAMERA?
Most clients feel this way at first and that’s completely normal. I’ll guide you throughout the session with natural posing and direction to ensure you feel relaxed and confident.
DURING THE SHOOT
CAN I PLAY MUSIC DURING THE SHOOT?
Absolutely. Having music in the background helps you find your rhythm and creates a fun environment for both client and photographer.
HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?
Session length depends on the package you choose and will be confirmed in advance.
WILL YOU HELP WITH POSING AND CREATIVE DIRECTION?
Yes. I provide full creative direction while allowing space for natural movement and authenticity. This is where the magic happens.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a friend or support person, as long as it doesn’t disrupt the flow of the shoot.
AFTER THE SHOOT
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY PHOTOS?
Final edited images are usually delivered within 1–3 weeks, depending on the project and backlog. A rush delivery option is available where photos will be delivered within 48 hours at an additional fee.
HOW WILL I RECIEVE MY IMAGES?
You’ll receive your images via a curated online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your photos in high resolution.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECIEVE?
The number of final edited images depends on your chosen package. Additional images can be purchased if desired.
DO YOU PROVIDE RAW IMAGES?
No. Raw images are not supplied, as the final edits reflect my creative vision and brand standard.
USAGE & SHARING
CAN I USE MY IMAGES ON SOCIAL MEDIA OR FOR MY BUSINESS?
Yes. Usage rights depend on the type of shoot booked (personal or commercial) and this will be clearly outlined before your session.
WILL MY PHOTOS BE SHARED PUBLICLY?
I may share selected images on my social media unless you request otherwise. Your privacy is always respected.
MAY I EDIT THE IMAGES?
No. Editing or altering the image in any way disrupts and takes away from my editing style and aesthetic and may display otherwise. The photographer has full copyright to these images.
DO I GET FULL USAGE RIGHTS TO MY IMAGES?
Yes. However, the photographer has full copyright on these images and may request for images to be removed from websites or social media depending on what it is used for.
WEATHER & UNEXPECTED ISSUES
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
For outdoor shoots, we’ll reschedule or adjust the concept if weather conditions aren’t suitable. No stress.
WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE?
Please let me know in advance. Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time depending on the schedule.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PHOTOGRAPHER IS LATE?
Your time is valued and respected. In the rare event that I arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances, the lost time will be made up where possible, or extended accordingly at no additional cost to you. If a delay impacts the session significantly, we’ll discuss the best solution together to ensure you still receive the full experience and value promised.
